Golden Globes Fashion 2012: Kelly Osbourne
We realize this is a controversial claim, but Kelly Osbourne's silvery hair and blue Zac Posen gown were our second favorite look of the night. She brought a refreshing touch of English whimsy to an otherwise pretty straight-laced American awards night.
